• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over Rs. 2500.
• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under Rs. 2500, a shipping fee of Rs.199 will apply.
• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following day.
• Weekend and Holiday Processing: Orders received on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery Timeframe: Expect delivery within 2 to 6 working days. Please note that during peak shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
• Advance Payment for Large Orders: For orders exceeding Rs. 5000, advance payment is required. Customers will be contacted for payment details upon order confirmation, and account information will be provided. Orders will be dispatched only after payment confirmation.
• Weight Charges: Orders weighing more than 7 KGs will incur an additional charge of Rs. 50 per extra KG.
