Cancellation Policy

At Soghat e Khas, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding order cancellations.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or dispatched yet.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product (please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy).

  • How to Cancel:
    To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below. Make sure to include your Order ID, Full Name, and Contact Number when making the request.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following types of orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped

  • Orders placed during special promotions or clearance sales

  • Customized or made-to-order items

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation and payment has already been made, we will initiate a full refund within 3–5 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the payment was made.
